Connect your WA business account

After setting up the containers and onboarding your phone numbers to WhatsApp you will need to connect to your WhatsApp business account to Social25.

  1. Provide Social25 with the following data (Please share the username and password using cryptex.gen25.com)

    1. WABA Id

    2. WABA namespace

    3. WABA Token.

    4. The phone number

    5. Container username

    6. Container password

    7. The URL of the container

  2. Social25 will provide you with a webhook to configure the phone number.

  3. Configure the webhook in the Docker containers.
